Even entertaining the thought of a merger. Why ?

1: it would create a single entity which owned 100% of NAL
    2: It combines the cash
3: It would bring in both of PLL's OTA's with LG and Tesla
4: It would create a company with 100% NAL, 60% Moblan and 100% of PLL's assets with priority given to the one that gives the fastest path to revenue and then deal with the rest as appropriate.
5: Closer ties to the North American market and potential IRA funding.
6: Probably North American listing and access to more funding opportunities
    7: rationalise head office costs.

I don't think it will happen or even could with the complexity involved and I'm not sure if I would want it but merging of companies in the Lithium space is quite common and done with the intention of forming a stronger organisation . It's either that, get taken over or try to survive alone as a minnow. Sometimes you have got to swallow your pride and look at what may be better for the company in the long term.

KP gets presented around here as the devil, for me he is just looking after his own shareholders interests as he should and has achieved a lot but like te rest of us has come up against a weak pricing environment.

    Cheers Whisky
