Lol of course not.. what it does and I've said this before is because a company has exhausted all avenues and their SP is in the gutter and bordering on being in the sewer so they all consolidate and then give the excuse it makes the company look more attractive to potential investors/ JV partners etc awhilst in reality it just restarts the rorting all over again because the company they are in charge of is being run into the ground and it happens with 98% of them at this level...only those companies with very good management know how to succeed in hard times whilst those lacking in the professional business acumen go for the easy way out a Consolidation...seems strange doesn't it JB stated clearly as CEO of Sayona a Consolidation was coming and given his the CEO at Morella and they just completed a Consolidation its within all shareholders best interest to watch closely what happens to these company's post consolidation period and also watch for these very important bshet words they use "It will make us look more attractive to potential partners".
