Timing, looks to be the question here, and probably where we differ the most.

Not really GT I'm just as much in the ASAP camp as you are and just because we are not hearing much about it doesn't mean nothings being done in the background, but talks morphing into commitments is a challenge in this environment.
We have to be realistic on timeframes if we want any chance of getting some sort of a deal on reasonable terms IMO.

As it stands and putting aside any potential roadblocks from PLL, nothing was ever going to progress beyond talks until steady state is reached which is basically CY24 accounted for and then only assuming the spodumene prices enable the operation to be profitable.

Most of the background talks will have been as much about getting an OTA for unallocated spodumene as a refinery IMO. On top of that we have a concentrator earmarked for Moblan and how that fits in the scheme of things.

In the meantime avoiding C&M is the main issue.
