I was very specific ... short term OTA for ramp up volume ... I don't care if it was Chinese or not ... its a financial transaction providing LTR with much needed cash before commencement of its long term OTAs ... which are not with Chinese converters ....Duh.

LTR signed a short term 100,000Kt volume OTA ... that was what I was pointing out ... and that is also what SYA hasn't been able to do ... short term or long term (yeah I know because it can't because its going to be building a refinery yadayadayada....)

No it is you that makes the connection that it HAS TO BE CHINESE

The OTA could be with TSLA could it not. TSLA can then decide where they want it to be shipped ... maybe to TSLA's refinery in Texas where PLL's NAL OTA is being shipped ... and maybe in the meantime TSLA directs the shipment elsewhere (China probably).
