You too ... where is it misleading ... it is information first and foremost. Where is the conclusion (...my conclusion which was simply stated as a short term OTA can be done ... just not by SYA) misleading.
If you think that's misleading then I can't imagine what you makes of 90% of the posts in this forum then.
