No they didnt answer that specifically what was said as I've stipulated the 2 companies have a JV earn in agreement that each have responsibilities to each other and as such Sayona contribute to their 49% of that agreement so not sure what you mean by what is the JV called it really doesn't matter we could call it Freddy Fkin Flinstone and it wouldn't matter...what does matter is whats in Sayona's next quarterly cash flow report coming up so you shouldn't have to much longer to wait...all will be much clearer by then regarding that cash flow to 1MC and the amount.
