I guess you need to understand corporate structures and pull a few threads, I will leave it up to individual holders to look under the hood if they so wish.

People can believe what they want but I note when I first highlighted the payment most said it didn't happen so well done you for actually asking, most now accept it occurred, they should also understand it is a director's duty to act in the interest of shareholders.

One question holders should ask themself is what cashflow had 1MC projected in the quarterly report prior to receiving the 'reimbursement'? what would happen to the WA tenements if 1MC was to fold?

From the snips below

1. 1MC satisfies requirements of the earn on 01 Nov 22
2. Year ending 30 June 23 1MC notes no formal JVs in the annual report
3. Year ending 30 June 23 SYA lists the JV with 1MC (weird they are different)

Anyone want to take a stab in the dark about the legal status of said JV? and just to stimulate discussion if 1MC were to go under would creditors have a claim against the 51%?
