I'm not disputing anything you have put forward...l only relayed what was stated and there was no mention of any amounts an l do realise how corporate structures work...what l expressed earlier was what was said back to me and as such Sayona has admitted having obligations to the earn in JV/arrangements/agreements persay and therefore the next quarterly cash flow report will substantiate the amount if any has been paid to 1MC by Sayona under their agreement within the content of what was arranged by the group because that is the wording they have used in that both companies as a group have interests together....albeit the same people are in charge or were when all these arrangements took place...an thats the most disturbing aspect at this point in how can the same BoD's run 2 company's and say they are independent of each other...anyway lets wait an see what they have to say and what comes out in the washing/quarterly.
