As i have stated numerous times the composition of the BOD is just miners, that is all they know so mine they shall. The complete rejection of adding anyone independent to the BOD is a symptom of this want to dig up dirt despite what is evident to the vast majority of the market.
The pathway to failure was paved long ago and cheered on by many here, anyone who wanted better was shouted down.
