The BoD's are incapable of being professional business executives they are unable to make hard decisions that could eventually save an protect the value of the company an there are 3 onboard who lost Altura because they to made very bad business decisions that lost Altura...then you only have to look at 1MC and were they are at this time to clearly see they are batting out of their league against the BEOT and because of their incompetence Sayona could be next...the way they have run this company over the past 2 years is testimate to their amateurish business acumen.
