No, the $900t is based on 6%Li2O ( we sell 5.3%) and the OTA has a floor as well as a ceiling, it ranges from $US500t through to $900t. The limiting price is actually NAL itself, if it goes into C&M PLL has no spod to buy and can't honour its own OTA's.
Its in PLL's interest to pay as much as possible but that can only work if its OTA partners Tesla and LG play ball and pay above market prices.
The bottom line for the JV is we need higher prices and lower costs for both parties to continue.
