Are you incapable at looking at the health of the company separate from the shareprice?
How many other companies mentioned above have a board structure considered to be not independent? of all those companies mentioned how many are putting money into another listed company, extra points if they are putting money into a listed company that they are also board members of?
How many will still be solvent in 12 months?
So much more than shareprice to look at.
