Here we are in mud-2024, going by that article written in November last year, the lithium refinery in Corpus Christi should now be operating.
This video put out last month will show that they have a long way to go to even finish building it.
When they do finally build it, you can add another year or more before they can ramp it up to steady state.
How do we know it will take that long?
Because that is how long it is taking Albemarle, IGO and POSCO to do just that.
