China dominates because they are in the business of processing lithium, whereas the Western world just digs and ships. Furthermore, the CCP pushes and helps finance (subsidises) EV manufacturing and builds the necessary infrastructure. Western Govts. are miles behind - indecisive, bickering and too slow to commit.

I agree SYA is a dead man walking - the idiots running the show have run it into the ground (like everything else they've touched).
