I have a question regarding scale back - I'm about to apply for shares under the SPP, which i know will be massively oversubscribed given our shareholder numbers, the tiny overall $5 mill limit and the $30,000 individual application limit.
I know that the company can apply it's own criteria at its absolute discretion to scale back - size of holding, how late the app is etc - but does anyone have an idea of how to go about ending up with what you want if less than the MAX.
ie : do I ..... apply for the max and see it scaled back from 30k to 2/3k, OR
: do I apply for 2/3k worth initially and hope to get all I ask for, given it's a much smaller number.
Not keen to apply for 30k, get it, and be eating beans for a year.
