This is not an offtake, it was sold into the global spot market via a major trading company....Glencore, therefore does not require an announcement.
Its a spot sale with a middle man, who also handles the logistics and takes their cut.
Sayona did not name them....for good reason...they have an abhorrent reputation.
Please speak to your contacts at Sayona to verify. and no it was not Brett's Marlin, lol....
