LOL con artists I think that's a stretch - but - they do have a certain flair for riding on others toil and collecting all the spoils I work with plenty like that mate "fake it until you make it" I think is the catch cry that comes with that behaviour.........SYQ on the other hand seem more focused on the job at hand and have both SYA and PLL at arms length ........
