If they got rid of another CEO that would be the death spiral for SYA , you would literally be blind not to see this visits from SHs would be of no consequence at this point ......... SYA BOD are in a hole and need a winner to get them out of it mainly because they are vested in SYA otherwise they wouldn't care and FYI IMO I think they also needed a pitbull to sort KEEF out also - some degree of separation was required .
