They haven't failed. It takes time. They had to get rid of the weak link and they did that. I'm sure he'll regret taking that coffee invite.
They have kept the mine operating instead of opting for care and maintenance. They are very close to steady state/nameplate operation, they were smart enough to create structures that are defensive in nature against hostile takeovers, the purchased a high quality asset in Moblan.
You complain about two things. The JV with PLL and not having an offtake.
Without PLL there was no NAL but I'm sure that you and your band of brothers have the necessary IQ to have put forward an alternative solution.
The available offtake is a negotiating tool that may very well be the tool that secures a deal with Tesla
