Theres something very important that alot of you are forgetting about the way the JV is setup. There are certain things involved that make it very complicated for someone to come in and take over Sayona, which is looking very likely at the moment and maybe the JV is the only thing that has stopped Sayona being scooped up already.
You can go back and listen to BL and KP talk about this in previous interviews and i think the 2022 AGM? ill try and find them and post a link late on.
