Department of Defense Awards $20 Million to Establish Sustainable Cobalt Sulfate Production for Large Capacity Battery Supply Chain

It is interesting that the US Department of Defense would be providing funding for a cobalt processing plant in Canada.
Perhaps they might want to do something similar to support the lithium supply chain.
