I think the financing would be to SYAQ not Sayona, this would imply that PLL's signature would be a part of the deal. There is however the 30% Canadian tax credit that would reduce the project cost by 30%. I think PLL thought they would be re-selling spod that they bought for $900 for $3000, it may be becoming more clear to them now that we are not in that market now and they will need to do something soon to stop the bleeding.
