1MC doesn't have a project in its own right and very poor liquidity hence the SP is easy to push around by very few sellers/buyers, not the greatest consolidation to compare what might happen to SYA when it consolidates.
If it wasn't for SYA tipping cash into 1MC they wouldn't of even made it to consolidation and the WA projects they have an earn in with would have retuned 100% to SYA.
