SOI does not matter in terms of true value.
High SOI definitely does establish how easily/difficultly a stock can be played with, raised, or difficult to budge.
In terms of finding its true value .. as all stocks do, it’s the market cap that will matter. If another lithium run should happen, it’s easy to see out of those stocks which one would run the hardest, and is perhaps furthest away from its true value
