The JV needs to be taken into account but that simple black and white calculation should be cause for concern to all holders. SYA should be trading at $1.5B minimum.
While few here would want to believe it the market does offer a premium and conversely a discount for management, the failure of AJM loom s large over the SYA valuation and will remain as such until that shadow clears.
