You missed something.. AJM went BANKRUPT.
Morella has been on the verge of bankruptcy several times. They keep raising money to throw at it, but it will eventually go belly up.
That's not the mark of a "forward looking" bunch of people.
The only thing keeping Sayona out of bankruptcy is NAL and that was NOT JB's idea or vision.
