These are good questions that I hope that someone will ask at the AGM in November. Does SYA intend to just accept and pay a yearly fine? As a shareholder that would make me furious.
And as for PLL lying about being a producer rather than what they really are, a middleman, that's yet another question to ask James Brown. Why does he and the BOD continue to allow PLL to shape and propagate that false narrative?
Just because the SP doesn't appear to be influenced by that, is not an excuse. What the hell did we hire Andrew Barber for? Why does SYA even have public relations or community relations if they're not going to do anything about it?
These are good questions that I hope that someone will ask at...
