Funding for carbonate plant and moving ahead with it asap is the only option.
AGM is going to be interesting if nothing changes between now and the AGM.
Most holders will not sell at this ultra low prices. So only one option for the BoD. That is .. SAYONARA.
KP cannot pull any further moves in this situation.
