That statement is one of the few things you've said that I agree with.

Western Govts. talk lots about fuel and maintance savings, cutting emissions, saving the planet, cutting edge technology, premium vehicles, blah, blah... but they need to put their money where their mouth is and start helping companies like SYA to achieve downstream processing or the West will be even further behind the 8 ball.

If Sayona falls (and the way it's going, it will IMO) how big a dent will this put in Canada's battery innovation plans?
