Hmm I think I can do one better.

Liontown resources completed its pre-feasibility study in the 4th quarter of 2020 and will BEGIN its DFS in Q4 2021. They plan on being an integrated manufacturer, but will do so in stages.

1 Stage 1 will consist of spodumene processing only and they are targeting 350,000 tpa

2. Stage 2 will consist of hydroxide production as well and they are projecting 58,000 tpa


Liontown is still 3 to 5 years away from stage 1 of the project and 6 to 8 years away from stage 2 and yet their market cap sits at a staggering

$1.8B that's 3x what Sayona's current market cap is.

Total CAPEX for phase 1 + Phase 2 = $1.45 Billion dollars.
Sayona spent $78M to get what liontown guesses to be $1.45 Billion to build. WOWZA!!

Liontown has a great project, so I am not disparaging it at all, but I am pointing out that our project will be essentially doing the same approach but will be producing at least 2 years (probably 3) prior to liontown every digging their first scoop and will be doing it a substantially lower (almost laughably lower) CAPEX.
