Everything the Sesame Street Gang have done is certainly putting us under extreme pressure and as to Piedmont if it was taken over by the big boys then they would definitely consider gobbling up Sayona as well and therein lies the problem if the BoD's of Sayona had of made the decision of C&M when those other big boys did then no one would be gunning for us what the Sesame Street Gang has done is make sure we are so weakened tby their actions/inactions that we can be gobbled up for a pittance, so yes you should be worried.

Hopefully that doesn't happen before the next AGM so we can remove the incompetents and dead wood.
