Oh ASIC prosecute alright, they make a big deal about some poor guy who made 10k on inside trading and seem to turn a blind eye to the huge manipulation fund managers and the like who manipulate the market with these "allowed" manipulation tools and fleece mum and dad investors to the tune pof billions and nothing is ever done about the big end of town.
