really do you think that PLL OTA contract is just as simple as to come to some sort of an agreement ? Well I'm sure they would but considering SYA has fulfilled its end of the contract and PLL we're coming to SYA to renegotiate terms I would think that SYA would
be in the box seat and that all terms of the OTA would be up for renegotiation not such a simple scenario now is it .

your first paragraph was just rubbish dribble and merely a deflection PLL are not taking there contracted allocation and therefore are in breach of the OTA there's no grey area here regardless of how much smoke you want to pump out . Bottom line PLL and KE EF will need to conceded something to SYA for there misdemeanours and I dare say that will be contract pricing .

You may want to sell this fluffy idea of its all just a minor thing but this is business and we all know that's not how it goes .
