I still believe that Sayona has connection with Korean companies such as EcoPro and Posco.
There was a meeting with them when the previous SYAQ CEO, Guy Belleau visited South Korea to attend InterBattery EXPO 2023. He had a media interview explaining that Sayona wanted Korean partners to convert spodumene into Lithium carbonate and hydroxide.

Posco is building a Cathod Active Material plant with GM in Becancour Quebec.

Where can they get lithium to make cathod active material in Canada next year?

As you know, the annual report indicated that Sayona negotiated with new customers for improved offtake and contract terms.



I believe that two Korean companies are most likely the new customers for Sayona because we are the only available producer in North America.
