What are the dimensions and carrying capacity of the ship?
The ship measures 183 meters in length overall (LOA) and 31 meters in width, providing a carrying capacity of 39,982 MTs deadweight (DWT)
FYI bulk carrier BUFFLEHEAD is enroute to Zhenjiang, China arriving there on 04Oct.
This is the same destination where many of loads from PLS go to and where previous loads from Port of Quebec have gone.
Going by the carrying capacity of this ship, it is possible that it is carrying a bigger load of up to 30,000 tonnes as mentioned in the last report.
As Zhenjiang is right in the heart of where many of China’s lithium refineries are located, it is possible, (even likely) that the load will be shared among several of them.
