I also have been thinking that PLL got a really good deal for 50% of SYAQ spod at cap of US$900t for life of mine, considering the recent PLS BMX auction for 10,000t at US$1250t (and I expect that to increase in subsequent months).
I also wonder if the PLL offtake arrangement with SYAQ also includes the Hydroxide production. If it doesn't, then that might be a way to reduce the potential loss of income due to selling spod at $900. Of course, in 10 years time, $900 per ton might be closer to the price of the day.
