some wannabe refiner is PLL or wannabe miner.
On technicality it will be difficult for POSCO or any other big company to partner directly with SYA as SYA has contractual obligations with Canadian/Quebec government and IQ.
So, why not just take out it's minority partner, PLL and have wider influence on SYA
