Yes its unlikely a refinery would be built at Moblan Mega just a concentrator.
With the speed things happen in this sector change is the only constant, two years ago LFP batteries were hardly mentiined now they are almost the only Lithium based battery talked about for EV's and even they are evolving at pace.
BESS Is the fastest growing sector but as weight is not an issue any number of battery types can and are being used so its hard to say what Lithiums long term future is with them, it all boils down to price and performance.
The only thing that doesn't seem to evolve with any speed in this sector is permitting...
