I have LG Energy as the Korean most likely candidate.
SYAQ is already suppling them as was Altura via Ganfeng.
BOD have a long established relationship with them and are fully aware of the shenanigans of the "acquisition" by PLS.
Unfortunately this was at the exact time when LG Energy was transitioning into a new company from LG Chem and appointing a new CEO.
Posco have a big blot in their company called Mynamar building and suppling warships dressed up as trading vessels to the Junta.
