Shorters still have 850 million shares to cover. Please note that short selling is 4 days lag. However I believed that not all volume came from shorters. There must be a lot of volume from new buyers as well. Sometimes shorters still wanted to short-sell while at the same time covering. In effect, IMO I believed it's still a long way for shorters to cover all.
