No, you are the dumb one here. Canada has invested substantially into the GM-POSCO JV via the strategic innovation fund, and if you think that investment doesn't come with strings attached, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. POSCO will be obligated to procure the chemicals in-country, not importing them from some exploratory company like LRS which hasn't even broke ground on a processing plant.
