there’s s zero need to merge. Just renegotiate to be 50/50 in all of SYAQ. But why would PLL even want to? They get access to 60% of the spod for 25% costs
if you vote to keep the same managers in control of Sayona with the things they constantly do to fill their own cups at the expense of all holders then there’s no saving you.
So we are back to the merger talk by the company sponsored hive...
