I think SYA is a very attractive takeover target to many parties, strategically located and currently at a depressed valuation due to totally correctable missteps.
Very few acquisition targets that could be taken over at a 50% premium to last traded and then have a 100% plus upside just by installing competent management. If RIO took them the basket of assets would be worth 1.5 to 2 billion.
