Although this is quite true i think the disdain comes from the fact that our partner has moseyed on after the aquisition of NAL with objectives that are completely different from those that were laid on the table when the purchase was made. There have been obvious and clear cases like the technical reports, the delays, the indecision with the carbonate plant, the block trade, which has almost undeniably shown evidence that their SYA stock had been loaned out to short interested parties, which have displayed a complete disregard and lack of respect for SYA and the partnership they struck up. The share price movement prior to the block trade earlier this year was an absolute farce. And then to continue to call themselves a producer while offering no technical support or additional funding whilst we struggle to establish ourselves as a producer during a tough pricing period has shown that once the aquisition was made we have been really made their gimp since. And Brett Lynch was probably the only one who Ke ef may have just had a enough respect for, enough to at least get us some consideration from them to be quality partners for the future. In my opinion, they have cost us funding, a third partner in refining and or the reputation that we need to have an interested chemicals producer on board. And I know for a fact that PLL also contributed and played a part in the Penn State University Microwave trials with Carolina ore and didnt even bother to include SYA, nor provide them with any feedback on it, such is the lack of respect, as earlier this year when i spoke to the board, they had no idea about it, yet the study was plastered all over the internet. Which scares me on both parts that PLL has their own interests in mind only AND the fact that our team wasnt all over this.
I think the kind gesture of the NAL aquisition has been killed off by us being their gimp ever since.
Free reign to anyone who wants to fire a shot or two across the bow of our partner... If they want to earn my respect back, they can scale back their timelinesto align with current future price predictions, and help us get a chemicals FID and a refining partner on board, as per their original plan... then they can fk off and do their own thing in Ghana.
