Don't agree Mega, the mine would keep operating as it is at a loss and we have one of the best front men in Sylvain and the work force doing their best....so no problem there with regard to destabilising the board as each of their positions would need to be voted on, that being the case Lucas Dow would stay on as imho most are happy with his position leading the company, further to this I'm thinking he may have been the one to bring in the real legal eagle not a pretend one like Phillip Lucas and to be honest l have no idea why he is still there albeit a puppet for the Sesame Street Gang, that being said imo there would only be 3 positions to fill Brown Buckler and Crawford.

Given Buckler brings SFA to the table in terms of expertise other than to tell Brown what to do as he did at last years AGM when he said thats enough shut it down whereby nobody online got any of their questions answered because Buckler needed to toddle off for a Nanny Nap then as far as l can fathom his a wasted space, then we have Paul Crawford who has retired more times than (Johnny Farnham-no disrespect to Johnno) to continue on so as to draw a wage for alot of miscalculations over the years as he is reknowned for at Altura as well and were are Altura again so he needs to be shown the door and then we have big bird the other member of the Sesame Street Gang who has singlehandedly destroyed the wealth of shareholders funds in Altura after doing a Capital Raise and telling all investors what a great opportunity the cash raised would give the company moving forward...6months later the cash and the company are gone, so he moves across and opens another shop called 1MC and has been doing excactly the same there sending its share price into the gutters until it required a Consolidation to make it look worthy, then made sure they all got pay rises for doing it, unfortunately it to is again heading in the same direction and could actually end up in the sewers this time and he is or was doing the same thing here as CEO until he seen the light an jumped off and gave the position to LD now it comes time to vote on the Sesame Street Gang given what has transpired l'm tipping Lucas Dow is smart enough to know the weak links in this company and if there was a spill of the board and he was voted back he alone along with the new legal eagle be quite capable of continueing and keeping the company going until he can fill the Sesame Street Incompetents empty seats as l think he will then have the time to get the required Professional Executives around him....the only thing that will happen if there is a board spill alot of investors will be very happy and a few board luvers on here will be crying in their soup bowls because their Muppets have been broken up...but hey the market will see it as a huge positive for the company and as such so will to our SP sometimes change is for the good and many know that already.

By the way can you tell me the name if our Independent Chairman that Brown stated would be appointed first to the BOARD so as he could then source suitable candidates for the Job as the new CEO.
