LD mentioned the possible duplication of the convertor at NAL.
I am thinking that will come with a few provisos.
Firstly they would need to prove they have sufficient resource to warrant another convertor.
Secondly, a renegotiated OTA with PLL.
It would make no sense for SYA to provide 75% of the cost of extra conversion, if a disproportionate amount of the revenue from it was to go to the minority partner.
