You and Co are the gang without a plan for a positive future for SYA.
Why don't you ask Lucas Dow if you think spilling the BOD is a good idea they appointed him.
He has worked closely with BOD pre and post appointment.
I would say he would not have taken the job if he had a similar stance as you and Co.
