hedging to take advantage of a contango in the markets was flagged back in Sept with the benefits starting in April..perfectly normal day to day business.
MergeCo will get taken over, or merge again, when someone comes along with an offer that can't be refused, thats some way off IMO but could also happen anytime, if it happens at all . In the meantime it's all about gettIng the best price for your spodumene.
