I'm thinking you could be right it may well be the case over 90% of company's who do Consolidations usually suffer for an extended period of time afterwards not sure what the Merge will do short term but if LD is worth his salt he would be looking at the current portfolios of both companies and as soon as the merge happens if it does they start selling off the useless tenements that are or will be draining cash and concentrate on the ones that will be worth the effort....so any sell off can strengthen our balance sheets tipping SB would be all over whats worth keeping and what's not.
