The meeting with Tesla is scheduled for this month (it may have already occurred). However, things don't look favorable for them, as sales are declining, possibly due to Elon Musk's connection with Trump. I'm wondering if it's still in the best interest of MergeCo to extend the off-take agreements with Tesla, especially given the current situation. Additionally, I'm curious how Lucas will approach this now that Tesla is in a weaker position to renegotiate a better deal. Thoughts ?
